Yesterday, Dave WA1JHK, Matt KB0KZR, and Lexi N0LXI traveled to the club's Squaw Mountain site, to replace hardware related to the link node connection to the repeaters, and upgrade the software on the node to meet our current standard. The trip was a success - the audio coming from 145.145 into the link now sounds like it's supposed to - clean, full, no noise. It should be so good, you can't tell which repeater the person you're talking to is using. We think you'll agree, it sounds pretty close to this now! We also left a couple of spare parts, and performed some other maintenance tasks.
